I have Tanova Ventilated Drawers in my kitchen and the opening and closing action is different to that of the other soft close drawers. Why is that?
Different brands of drawer runner/drawer slide have different opening and closing actions, different load capacities and different ‘recovery’ periods after an opening/closing cycle.
Your other drawers are likely built on a soft-close runner brand that differs from that used for your Tanova drawers (a high-quality runner from King Slide). This does not mean that either of them is not working properly.

We have our own showroom in Christchurch. It’s at 4 Morse Road in Wigram and is open 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday, by appointment.
