You might know us through our parent company FIT, New Zealand’s trusted importer and distributor of quality hardware for kitchen makers, joiners and cabinet makers.
Tanova is our very own brand, one that we’ve been building since 2007 when we purchased a small, simple garage-based kitchen bin business, which we quickly rejuvenated. We then spent several years redeveloping the system into a drawer-based complete kitchen waste solution system.
Initially the Tanova product range was comprised of kitchen waste bins only. Over time we’ve not only grown the kitchen waste bin ranges and options but also added laundry hampers and ventilated drawers. Naturally, they’re all developed right here in New Zealand, in close collaboration with the Kiwi designers and makers who specify and install them every day.
We have an exceptionally strong tradition of innovation; did you know that Tanova laundry hampers were the first to be launched not just in New Zealand, but globally, way back in February 2012?
Alongside this brand-new website, we’re also launching Tanova on Facebook and Instagram. We hope you’ll follow us there; we’ll be sharing project inspiration, product updates and a whole lot of Kiwi-made storage done well.
